Power Grid Company of Bangladesh (PGCB) is a public limited company incorporated in the year of 1996. Their business area is transmission of power all over Bangladesh.
As of March, 2021 PGCB has 861 Circuit km 400kV transmission line, 3,658 Circuit km 230kV transmission line, 8,069.902 Circuit km 132kV transmission line and 104.72 Circuit km other transmission line.
Patuakhali (Payra)-Gopalganj 400KV Transmission Line Project is another high priority project of Power Grid Company of Bangladesh. GS E&C won this project and Ringtech has been awarded total 43 nos tower location.
GS E&C is a Korea-based global EPC contractor having wide range of experience in refineries, gas and petrochemical plants providing design and construction services. It has been engaged in the fields of architecture, civil engineering, housing, plant, environment, and power plant across the globe.
Scope of this project is as below:
Right of way clearance
Pile foundation works
Pile cap foundation
Stub leg setting and
Tower erection and painting.
